Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Masters in any relevant field. However an academic background in psychology will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment of study participants at BIRDEM Hospital, Dhaka, Sylhet Diabetic Association Hospital, Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital by liaising with doctors and hospital management in both Sylhet and Dhaka
∎ Establishing network and communication with study participants receiving the intervention, their families and health care staff, government and non- government stakeholders in both Sylhet and Dhaka
∎ Maintaining and monitoring profile of study participant and stakeholders
∎ All required support to the Research Coordinator and the quantitative and qualitative teams
∎ Organizing community panel meetings and stakeholder workshops
∎ Regular submission of activity reports to Dhaka office
∎ Development of leaflets, booklets and research materials relevant to the study
∎ Maintain regular correspondence with the field Staff, members of the project team in Dhaka office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Atleast 2-3 years experience in public health research based activities and other areas mentioned above under responsibilities.
∎ Good written and spoken English
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to build rapport with the team and in a community setting
∎ Good computer skills (MS Word/ Excel)
∎ Ability to develop research materials such as leaflets, booklets etc.
