∎ Plan, design, and execute scientific experiments and research projects.
∎ Analyze data and interpret results to draw meaningful conclusions.
∎ Develop new products, formulations, or processes based on research outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, quality, and regulatory departments.
∎ Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
∎ Stay updated with scientific literature, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
∎ Present research findings to internal stakeholders and at scientific conferences or publications.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
∎ Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives within the R&D team.
∎ The Research Scientist will design and conduct experiments to develop new products, improve existing technologies, and advance scientific knowledge within the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to translate research findings into practical applications aligned with company goals.
