Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's chemical products (e.g., rubber white, clear paste, textile chemicals).
Visit prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target industries.
Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients.
Meet monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with the factory and technical team to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required.
Handle client inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical, textile, or garments industry.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both Bangla and English)
Basic knowledge of industrial or garment chemicals will be an advantage
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willingness to travel as needed
