Job Context:
∎ Biddabari is offering various courses for BCS, Bank and other job preparation. We are looking for research and development officer to conduct our required plan effectively.
∎ Job Location: Nilkhet, Dhaka, 1205.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and prepare high-quality exam questions.
∎ Create course materials and study guidelines in both print and digital formats.
∎ Help R & D section improve their proof-reading task assigned.
∎ Assign required tasks to the R & D section.
∎ Ensure exam questions before the exam time.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the exam question carefully and accurately.
∎ Prepare the syllabus in accordance with the modules.
∎ Conduct basic classes of BCS, Bank & other job specially English & Math Subject.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have at least 1 year experience in working as (a member of research and development department)/ an officer of research and development department.
∎ Applicants must have experience to work with BCS, Bank and other job courses.
∎ Government job holder (BCS Cadre, Banker) will be highly encourage to apply.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 24000 (Monthly)
