Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and coordinate all aspects of field operations, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
∎ Lead, train, and manage field teams to achieve high performance and maintain motivation.
∎ Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
∎ Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
∎ Liaise with clients, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues promptly.
∎ Supervise the field data collection process, ensuring adherence to project protocols and ethical guidelines.
∎ Prepare regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards during field operations.
∎ Oversee financial documentation and ensure timely submission of expense reports and invoices.
∎ Prepare and manage field operation bills, including field bill preparation and submission.
∎ Any other task assigns by office managers
