Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science, Anthropology,, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing, Master of Development Studies (MDS), Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare quality research proposals for external resource mobilization
∎ • Prepare the appropriate design of every research with the guidance of the team lead
∎ • Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques
∎ • Prepare a data collection plan and ensure quality in the data collection process
∎ • Analyse field data using appropriate software and draft research report.
∎ • Designing research questionnaires and moderator guides
∎ • Prepare PowerPoint slides and make the public presentation for sharing research findings.
∎ • Design and translate questionnaires
∎ • Conduct research to determine people's opinions on products and services.
∎ • Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives
∎ • Building relationships with the new and existing client base
∎ • Coordinate Youth Researcher Program
∎ • Provide any other support to senior management if needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
∎ • Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis
∎ • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS

Salary: Negotiable
