Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in OIL AND GAS
∎ Higher professional education in the Oil and Gas industry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of financial and economic activities of the Representative office in accordance with the Regulations of the Representative office and the current legislation of the People's Republic of Bangladesh;
∎ Organization of work and effective interaction of all business units in the Representative office, improvement of operational efficiency of the Representative office;
∎ Management of all functional units of the Representative office by his subordinate heads of these units;
∎ Control over compliance with orders, decrees of the Director and assignees of affiliated companies; implementation and compliance with the approved regulations, standards and instructions; verification of compliance with the terms of submitting reporting documents;
∎ Participation in development of the Representative office strategy;
∎ Planning the Representative office resource requirements;
∎ Monitoring and improvement of business processes;
∎ Participation in budgeting process of the Representative office;
∎ Management of all operations in the Representative office within limits of functional duties;
∎ Participation in regular financial and economic analysis of the Representative office;
∎ Development and implementation of organizational structure of the Representative office;
∎ Planning the Representative office staffing needs, decision-making on hiring and dismissal of employees;
∎ Taking actions to hire skilled staff, providing efficient use and development of their professional knowledge and experience, creating safe and healthy working conditions, compliance with legal requirements on work safity and environmental protection;
∎ Enforcement of labor and production discipline, creating conditions for growth of motivation, initiative and staff activity;
∎ Monitoring development and implementation of performance incentive scheme;
∎ Representation of Company's interests in the State authorities and in the interaction with partners;
∎ Enforcement the Representative office liabilities to the state budget and non-budget social funds, counterparties and creditors, including banks, as well as business and labor contracts;
∎ Protection of the Representative office property interests in courts, State authorities and governments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English, Russian
∎ Age 35-50 years old
∎ Work experience in Bangladesh
∎ The Employee must know and (or) have the following skills:
∎ Company profile, specialization and structural features of the Company;
∎ principles of labour legislation;
∎ procedure of conclusion, execution and termination of business contracts;
∎ procedure of conclusion of employment contracts;
∎ governance of the Representative office's finance and economics;
∎ basics of workflow management;
∎ ethics of business communication;
∎ psychology of business relationships;
∎ principles, methods of HR management;
∎ principles of labour legislation;
∎ internal work regulations and requirements of internal policies and procedures;
∎ workplace safety and fire safety rules.
