Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in Computer Science or equivalent degree in a relevant field or discipline such as Social Science, geographic sciences, humanities, political science, Communications.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop different kind of quality documentations, stories considering project
∎ progress and positive changes in people's lives throughout the project implementation;
∎ Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials;
∎ Establish the system, structure and tools for effective and efficient knowledge management and reporting mechanism;
∎ Compile and collet the necessary programme information to fundraise based on best practices, and strategically link to development/transitional funding mechanisms;
∎ Liaise with WFP to identify additional best practices and achievements;
∎ Ensure project progress and impacts are captured, documented, analyzed and reported in a results-based and timely manner, including to donors;
∎ By liaising with the PC,UPMIO,BDO,DO and Field Officer, ensure timely preparation, production, and dissemination of the project's communications materials, including leaflets, newsletters, handouts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
∎ Ensure report & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team
∎ S/he will assist the Project Coordinator and Senior management in preparing various reports and documents related to the project
∎ S/he will undertake field visits to check accuracy of the information generated from the field
∎ Work with Communication team to improve WFP's visibility in the field and among donors;
∎ Support the M&E team, Reports team for the monitoring and the reports related.
∎ Any other duty as assigned by the Head/Deputy Head of Programme.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
