Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Video Creation & Editing
∎ • Produce, edit, and optimize video content for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media channels.
∎ • Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and incorporate text, transitions, or basic effects.
∎ • Utilize AI-driven video editing or automation tools where beneficial.
∎ 2. AI Integration & Utilization
∎ • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, such as automated editing, content scripting, and data analysis.
∎ • Stay updated on emerging AI applications that could enhance our content creation, marketing, or administrative processes.
∎ • Provide recommendations on new AI-driven strategies to improve engagement and efficiency.
∎ 3. Social Media Management
∎ • Develop and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts and video releases.
∎ • Monitor and respond promptly to social media inquiries and comments.
∎ • Use AI-powered analytics to track performance metrics and refine content strategies.
∎ 4. Personal Assistant Duties
∎ • Provide administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
∎ • Handle email correspondence, invoice tracking, and other ad-hoc tasks.
∎ • Serve as a primary point of contact for business-related queries via WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.
∎ 5. Creative Collaboration & Strategy
∎ • Brainstorm new ideas for videos, social media posts, and marketing strategies suited to Western audiences.
∎ • Work with external freelancers or internal teams, potentially integrating AI in design or text generation tasks.
∎ • Ensure brand consistency across all digital content.
∎ 6. Analytics & Optimization
∎ • Monitor and analyze social media engagement to identify growth opportunities.
∎ • Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights and AI-based analyses.
∎ • Optimize content for various devices and platforms.
