Master’s / 4-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline-preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from a reputed university. Professional certifications such as CA (part-qualified), CMA, CFA, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Credit, Relationship Management, or Branch Banking within a bank or financial institution.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in client acquisition, credit appraisal, and portfolio management.

Additional Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of credit risk management, regulatory compliance, and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business development skills, with proven negotiation and analytical abilities.

• Willingness to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

• Age must not exceed 40 years as of September 10, 2025.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate, SME, and retail customers

• Conduct credit appraisal, risk assessment, and due diligence for new and existing loan proposals

• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in line with the Bank’s credit policy and Bangladesh Bank guidelines

• Ensure proper documentation, disbursement, and monitoring of loan portfolios

• Monitor asset quality, proactively manage overdue/irregular accounts, and ensure portfolio health

• Achieve business targets in terms of loan growth, cross-selling, and profitability

• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, credit risk management guidelines, and regulatory requirements
