Job Purpose:
The job holder will effectively market Bank’s products & services, manage, nurture and grow existing Liability portfolio through relationship management and increase overall portfolio through New Accounton-boarding & ETB growth.
Job Description / Responsibility
The Primary responsibilities are:
Keep updated regarding Bank Alfalah products & services & essential regulatory requirements, create awareness of Bank’s products offerings.
Conduct rapid and proactive client calls on daily basis to ensure positive fund movement out of existing client portfolio as well as to onboard prospective new businesses.
Ensure month on month deposit growth on ETB portfolio with proper emphasis on CASA base.
Achievement continuous NTB Account on-boarding, month on month basis with special emphasis/concentration on CASA based growth meeting the assigned respective KPIs.
Ensure portfolio and business growth without compromising Service Quality,
Ensure portfolio and business growth maintaining zero tolerance to Control & Compliance issue
Salary Negotiable. Will depend on individual expertise and competencies.
