Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Master’s degree from a reputed university. Preferably major in Banking/ Finance/ Marketing/ Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and acquire liability business opportunities focusing on multinational clients and other private & public sector clients who require cash management and payments solutions.
∎ Consider both short and long term opportunities for the business and initiate actions to capitalize on them.
∎ Improve portfolio profitability by offering collection & payment solutions and interest and non-interest bearing transactional account and term deposits.
∎ Plan ahead to adhere to departmental budget and negotiate with customers in order to grow deposit base.
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationship with all existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase wallet share while maintaining existing funds at low cost.
∎ Visit clients on a weekly/bi-weekly basis in order to identify growing needs of the client and enhance relationship.
∎ Coordinate with all relevant unit/department for on boarding new clients or executing customers’ requests, requirements and complaints.
∎ Generate ideas for new products and solutions that will enhance the liability portfolio.
∎ Interact with potential customers to understand the technical requirements for system integration for cash management and payment products.
∎ On-board new to bank cash management and payment clients.
∎ Explore opportunities in the market to target companies, industries and sectors and sell suitable products and services.
∎ Respond to client queries and requests within the shortest possible time.
∎ Propose new ways of improving customer service.
∎ Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities and value added services in order to enhance wallet share.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Minimum 6 years of banking experience with 4 years of experience in relevant area with knowledge of local corporate markets, capital market and custodial services.
∎ Ability to understand clients’ needs.
∎ Proactive and good at networking.
∎ Capacity to negotiate with clients.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Practical and has aptitude for trouble-shooting.
∎ Detail-oriented.
