Responsibilities & Context:
The Job holder will be responsible for achieving assigned individual business targets as per approved budget, perform various operational/service functions in Maker/Checker capacity, managing risk and ensure compliance, portfolio management, new customer acquisition & retention of existing customer, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence & relationship management.
