Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new Business opportunities for the bank to ensure a profitable portfolio
∎ Identify the target market, develop new business to enrich the portfolio, pursue growth opportunity and increase wallet size share of existing business.
∎ Meet budget and maximize the Bank's earnings opportunities.
∎ Prepare credit proposals and manage credit risk and to ensure high quality asset.
∎ Negotiate with customers in order to add good quality asset to the bank's portfolio, improve profitability by earning more fee based income.
∎ Demonstrate pro-active ownership and expertise in managing credit risk and optimizing risk capital budget
∎ Ensure Management of the SME-Medium Portfolio
∎ Ensure that periodic market research is conducted and awareness is created among the customers about the product and services ties up through trade bodies and presentation to various business associations.
∎ Ensure a healthy portfolio spread for minimizing the risk associated and optimizing profitability of business.
∎ Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and BB policies.
∎ Help to manage the audit & risk control Standards associated with the product & sales of SME-Medium Business
∎ Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
∎ Develop strong working relations with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction
∎ Earn trusted advisor status by integrating corporate finance ideas and multi-product solutions to help clients navigate complex capital structure, strategic funding and risk management issues.
∎ Proactively use financial skills analysis skills to identify the capital market needs of the client.

∎ Good command in credit and business function
∎ Hands on in credit memo preparation
∎ Understanding of the commercial banking industry and specific markets related to the SME Business accounts.
