Major Roles & Responsibilities for Relationship Manager:
Booking new medium enterprise borrowers for loans and advances, L/C, bank guarantees etc.
Sourcing low and no-cost SME deposits.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients to maximize facility utilization and revenue.
Ensuring timely loan repayment through collection efforts.
Ensuring timely renewal of CC/OD & closely monitoring the borrowers.
Cross-selling of different consumer banking products.
