Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for getting clearance, approval, sanction, permission, authorization, etc, from different authorities (RAJUK / WASA / Environment / PDB / DESCO / REB / CDA / BTCL / TITAS / City Corporation / DTCA / CAAB / Traffic control and others) on relevant program and projects.
Facilitate communication between the organization and the liaison organization.
Maintain the standard and guidelines related to security at all projects and monitor effective execution accordingly.
Work under the authority of Grameen Telecom Trust to coordinate and control any related standard activities for the organization.
Support strategic partnerships by providing necessary advice, facilitating effective knowledge management, and providing technical assistance to project planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting.
Maintain database regarding utility connection, utility bill, security system at projects.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of the concerned department as well as the organization.
Travel to different places for office work as and when required.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
