  • Minimum *3-5 years* of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, preferably in the *spinning/textile industry*. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Candidate must be smart, well-groomed and have a pleasant personality.
  • Proficiency in English (Speaking & Writing).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively. 


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. 
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. 
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. 
  • Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers. 
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements in service and product offerings. 
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales support, and service issues. 
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met and identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities. 
  • To arrange customer engagement and program coordination.
