Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new Business opportunities for the bank to ensure a profitable portfolio from the lead given by business partners and from own source.
∎ Meet budget and maximize the Bank's earnings opportunities.
∎ Prepare credit proposals and manage credit risk and ensure high quality asset.
∎ Ensure management of the loan portfolio and communicate with business partners under the guidance of SME Head office.
∎ Ensure a healthy portfolio spread for minimizing the risk associated and optimizing profitability of business.
∎ Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and Bangladesh Bank policies.
∎ Help to manage the audit & risk control standards associated with the product & sales of SME Business.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Develop strong working relations with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in credit and Agricultural business function.
∎ Hands on experience in credit memo preparation.
∎ Sound knowledge in record keeping, report preparation , filing methods and record management techniques.
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft-office, especially in MS-excel and MS-Word.
