∎ Develop and maintain a strong distribution channel by appointing new distributor and develop the infrastructure i.e. manpower and logistics.
∎ Plan & achieve primary & secondary sales growth.
∎ Productivity Improvement.
∎ People Development.
∎ Ensure distributors profitability to the desired level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Candidates must have knowledge Numeric and Weighted distribution development by distribution channel development.
∎ Water Sales experience will get preference.
