Lead, manage, and develop the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in the Sylhet region
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key clients, and channel partners
Ensure proper coverage, route planning, and territory management
Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to management
Ensure implementation of company policies, pricing, and promotional activities
