Job Responsibilities:
∎ Propose sales target of his region and distributed appropriate target among team member.
∎ Ensure unit-wise sales target achievement of the assigned region in terms of value & Volume.
∎ Minimization of market return and replacement.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors & set suitable sales strategies accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of working experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar position in reputed FMCG Company
∎ Able to ride Motor Cycle is mandatory
