Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
∎ Monitor and coordinate the activities of the Area Sales Managers and Distributors
∎ Maximize unit-wise sales achievement
∎ Propose different plans to minimize cost and maximize profit
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors & set suitable sales strategies in the assigned zone

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of working experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar position in reputed FMCG company
∎ Able to ride Motor Cycle is mandatory
