Core Responsibilities:
- Propose sales target of assigned region and distributed appropriate target among team members.
- Ensure unit-wise sales target achievement of the assigned region in terms of value & volume.
- Minimize the market return and replacement.
- Monitor the activities of the competitors and set suitable sales strategies accordingly.
