Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Lamps
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Coordinating the activities of TSM & Sales Executives
∎ Achieving the primary & secondary sales target through distributors
∎ Fixing product wise sales target & achieving monthly sales target
∎ Executing all promotional campaigns & trade marketing offers in the region
∎ Identifying & analyzing regional sales trend and discover new opportunities for growth
∎ Maintaining strong relationship with distributors, dealers & retailers
∎ Ensuring healthy floor stock in all distributors & dealers point
∎ Identifying and solving distribution related problems & ensuring smooth sales operation
∎ Ensuing healthy ROI for each distributors
∎ Fostering a performance culture among team members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge about sales & distribution management, Product Replacement, Customer services, Regional expansion & development.
∎ Effective communication, negotiation & presentation skills
∎ Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in Electrical & Electronics/ FMCG/ Pharmaceuticals will get preference.
