Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
At least 8 years of experience in dealer/distribution sales, with proven success in regional sales leadership.
Strong knowledge of the consumer electronics or durable goods market in Bangladesh.
Excellent communication, team management, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales reporting tools.Willing to travel extensively within the region
Drive dealer sales performance in the assigned region to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and new dealers.
Supervise Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and field teams to ensure coverage and productivity.
Implement sales strategies, trade promotions, and pricing policies at the regional level.
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure timely order placement, delivery, and stock availability at the dealer level.
Manage credit control, outstanding collection, and dealer payment follow-up.
Conduct regular field visits and dealer meetings to provide support and gather feedback.
Report regional performance to the National Sales Manager and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Support training and development initiatives for the regional sales team
