Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales target daily, weekly and monthly basis (product and value wise).
∎ Ensure proper Distribution House, Area Sales Manager (ASM), Sales Representative (SR) set up as per plan.
∎ Ensure regular cash flow, products lifting and stock at distribution points as per company policy.
∎ Continuously motivate the DH, ASM and SR for their development and retention.
∎ Ensure distribution house profitable and continuous business growth.
∎ Monitor Order Vs. Delivery deviation and work for every day development.
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure comprehensive availability.
∎ Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures are implemented properly.
∎ Ensure product visibility and information to distributors, outlets and customers to improve sales.
∎ Recommend, support and arrange to appoint SR, ASM.
∎ Ensure authentic and proper report of entire team within the time.
∎ Monitor and observe competitor' activities and report the authority duly.
