Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement, and continuously monitor sales activities to achieve sales objectives.
∎ Identify and explore new markets to expand the company's market share & open new Brandshop.
∎ Create and manage distributor relationships in strategic market areas.
∎ Ensure an efficient distribution process and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
∎ Gather, compile, analyze, and report on sales data to inform decision-making.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales reports on a periodic basis, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
∎ Travel extensively within the assigned region to provide training and guidance to Distributors.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
∎ Provide strategic information to drive sales development initiatives.
∎ Offer dedicated support to both regular and default distributors to ensure their success.
∎ Take full responsibility for achieving primary and secondary sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Provide strategic marketing and sales guidance to the sales team.
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.
∎ Assist management in developing and refining business strategies.
