Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
∎ Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales goals.
∎ Supervise and guide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Officer, Customer Relationship to improve sales effectiveness.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HORECA and institutional segments (hotels, restaurants, corporate canteens, hospitals, etc.)
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of sales orders, timely delivery, and payment collection.
∎ Monitor sales data, analyze performance metrics, and present insights to senior management.Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
