Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
Creating attainable Sales Target for the sales team.
Developing motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing
strategies to improve brand awareness, market share and profitability.
Conducting customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
Developing promotional material and distribution as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
Responsible to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategies for increasing sales volume.
Acquiring product information of competitor`s product, price, feature, and promotional activities.
Coordinating & communicating with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of the product.
Planning and administering the company`s Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
Preparing reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitor sales & activity report.
