Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the FM/ MPOs activities as well as regional improvement
∎ Responsibility includes motivating, leading and directing total regional team members and able to achieve company set objectives including sales and prescriptions target.
∎ Motivate the team with a vision of the company objectives and inspire team members and facilitate problem solving and collaboration with others.
∎ Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relations and analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
∎ Monitor regional sales team regarding team building, prescription target achievement, promotional activities & sales achievement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-year experience as Regional Sales Manager.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Ability to lead & develop people and ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Applicants must be capable to handle clients in any situation.
∎ Do not apply without pharmaceutical experience.
