Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure regional sales target achievement.
∎ To increase the business growth for assigned products.
∎ Lead and manage the team of Zonal officers & Sales Officers.
∎ Perform required training & coaching activities to increase skill level of field force.
∎ To select and manage Distributors.
∎ Maintain excellent relationships with key buyers in the market.
∎ Ensure implementation of planned trade marketing activities & coverage expansion in the sales region.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience in leading and managing sales teams
∎ Should have strong monitoring & target chasing skills
∎ Should be able to coach and mentor team members
