∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to develop a balanced distribution network in the assigned region.
∎ To monitor all activity of TSO, Distributor & SO in the assigned region.
∎ Achieve value, volume & SKU wise monthly sales targets both primary & secondary.
∎ Develop and maintain strong business relationship with all distributors & key retailers.
∎ Should have good knowledge present distribution and to seek opportunities to increase company's business through distribution & coverage increase.
∎ Proper understanding & implementation of company policies and promotions.
∎ Timely reporting on all aspects of market activities.
∎ Ensure brand visibility through proper merchandising across all outlets by Regional Channel Sales Team.
∎ Take proactive approach to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
