Job Purpose
Lead and grow the Agency Business across the assigned region by driving premium growth, expanding and activating the agent network, and ensuring strong business quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver regional Business Targets (New Business, Renewal, Persistency).
Drive Year-on-Year Growth in all the key business factors.
Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Recruit, Onboard, and Scale a Productive Agency Force across the region.
Improve Agent Activation, Retention, and Productivity Ratios.
Build a robust Succession Pipeline of Branch Managers & Unit Managers.
Ensure adherence to Agent Licensing and Regulatory Requirements.
Lead, Mentor, and Manage the Sales Managers directly along with maintaining a good relationship with Agency Salesforce.
Set clear Targets, Performance Metrics, and Accountability Frameworks.
Conduct Regular Reviews, Coaching Sessions, and Performance Evaluations.
Build a High-Performance, Compliance-Driven sales culture.
Collaborate with Training team to improve agent and sales manager effectiveness.
Execute the company’s Agency Business Strategy at regional level.
Identify New Markets, Underpenetrated Territories, and Growth Opportunities.
Support Branch Expansion and Productivity Enhancement initiatives.
Analyze Competition, Market Trends, and Customer Behavior.
Ensure Healthy Persistency, Renewal Ratios, and Business Quality.
Enforce Underwriting, and Regulatory Compliance across the agency force.
Minimize Early Lapses, Mis-selling, and Customer Complaints.
Work closely with Operations and Risk Teams to maintain Governance Standards.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Claims, and Finance teams.
Support regional Marketing Campaigns, Lead Generation, and Branding Activities.
