Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose

To build, strengthen, and position the insurance brand by developing clear brand positioning, improving public perception, and driving consistent, credible brand communication across all customer touchpoints, while supporting business growth in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute brand positioning, value proposition, and brand narrative aligned with business strategy.

  • Lead brand perception changes initiatives to improve trust, credibility, and customer confidence in insurance.

  • Translate complex insurance products into simple, customer-centric messaging.

  • Design and execute integrated brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) focused on awareness, trust, and differentiation.

  • Oversee development of high-quality creative assets, storytelling, and content.

  • Ensure message consistency across advertising, PR, social media, website, and sales collaterals.

  • Support leadership communication, corporate announcements, and reputation-sensitive initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Claims teams to align brand promise with customer experience.

  • Partner with Sales to ensure brand positioning is reflected in agent communication, pitch decks, and presentations.

  • Drive internal branding initiatives so employees and agents act as brand ambassadors.

  • Support product launches with strong positioning and narrative clarity.

  • Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence in all brand communications.
