Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in any discipline preferably in Statistics/Social Science, Economics or similar subjects.
∎ Master's degree is a plus.

Job Context:
∎ FH Association (a Christian, relief & development organization) wants to fill four (4) Regional Monitoring Assistant position and therefore, inviting applications from eligible candidates. The Regional Monitoring Assistant supports the monitoring and evaluation process in the country, ensuring the criteria and indicators defined in the organization`s program model and Country`s Strategic Plan are efficiently met, and provides necessary recommendations. He/she supports the evaluation of program activities on a regular basis for effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and the graduation of communities. The Regional Monitoring Assistant makes valuable contribution to the achievement of the organization`s Vision, Mission & Purpose, while living out the FH Heartbeat through effective and efficient evaluation of the program.

∎ Report to : Regional Program Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
∎ Location : Dhamrai, Rajshahi (Godagari & Tanore), Mymensingh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular output tracking, output updating, entering participants, households, and group information in WL3.
∎ Regular screening WL3 to identify inconsistences and trouble shooting
∎ Screening smart sheet and inform to Regional Manager about Its updating
∎ Triangulate and evidence checking of reported data
∎ Maintain database, ensure data security and data flow as per instruction
∎ Support to conduct different monitoring, study, assessment, evaluation as per requirements
∎ Regularly capture and collect Project activity picture and sharing.
∎ Preserve soft or hard copy of different template, guideline, monitoring tools, plan etc. and shared as requirements.
∎ Organize regular refresher session with regional program operations team to enhance skill on web based program related platform like Smart sheet, WL3 etc.
∎ Organize or conduct different live or virtual training/orientation with project operation team to enhance capacity on Monitoring tools, guideline, format, tracking sheet etc.
∎ Develop personal skills on IT, Language and Internalize different organizational record Ex- Organization policy, DIP, FH Strategy, TFE, Log-frame etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in the Program/Monitoring sector with a national or an international NGO;
∎ Knowledge & Competencies:
∎ A commitment to serving the poor and in full agreement with FH's foundation and beliefs as expressed in The Heartbeat: our Values, Vision, and Purpose;
∎ Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, ability to relate to and communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);
∎ High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and / or GoToMeeting;
∎ Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bengali;
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.

Salary: Tk. 26328 - 29529 (Monthly)

∎ PF, Benevolent Fund, One Festival Bonus, Group Life Insurance, Medical Allowance, Leave will be provided after confirmation of job.
