Leadership capability to drive a team
Willingness and ability to work flexibly and diligently
The candidate must have his own motor-bike with valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure quality visibility in Merchant Point in the assign region
- Frequently market visit
- Quality FF recruitment & training
- POSM stock management
- QR management
- Maintain excellent relationship with bKash acquisition team
- Always ensure outstanding support to central team
- Leading a team to achieve the required KPI
- Reporting to MDT/KA Coordinator
