∎ BBA, MBA or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage sales of G-Gas LPG products in assigned region.
∎ Visit market regularly to communicate with distributor and increase sales.
∎ Lead sales team to achieve monthly/yearly target of the respective territory/area.
∎ Projection of payment and target quantity on daily/weekly/monthly and yearly basis.
∎ Increase market share in respective sales territory/area and region as per Management's guideline.
∎ Retain, Revise or expand G-Gas distribution coverage under every territory.
∎ Control distribution cost as per given target.
∎ Train sales team to develop their on the job sales and communication skill.
∎ Develop overall merchandizing of all SKU's in every outlet.
∎ Track sales people through online system & provide guideline.
∎ Adhere company policy and act as per respective supervisor's guideline.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Must have experience on LPG sales and distribution channel.
∎ Strong analytical ability and networking skill.
∎ Strength in problem solving, prompt in decision making and ability to work in a target driven work environment.
∎ Strong leadership and team building skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
