∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Battery, Storage cell, Fuel/Petroleum, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Tyre manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & follow-up the individual monthly, quarterly and yearly target for each TM.
∎ Identify regional sales opportunities & potential to develop region sales strategy
∎ Ensure implementation of region & channel strategy.
∎ Understand product category mix, value generation and effective distribution.
∎ Monitor progress against RIG. Monitor trends (market, competitors)
∎ Ensure product availability & visibility at all relevant outlets throughout the dealers counter as per Company guidelines.
∎ Review & correction of rolling forecast.
∎ Ensure implementation of guidelines of dealers as per assessment tool.
∎ Ensure the proper and correct execution of sales and discount terms determined by the company.
∎ Ensure that the dealers are efficient and has sufficient support for market coverage.
∎ Develop strong business relationship with key customer and visit the market on regular basis.
∎ Monitor & execute trade spend (PTE) as per company guideline & standard.
∎ Measure the customer satisfaction index.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Leadership - ability to manage a team, market and surrounding environment
∎ Working experience in sales especially in dealer management.
∎ Strong Key account & Customer management experience.
∎ Candidates should have excellent computer knowledge & communication skill.
∎ Multi-Functional exposure (Desirable).
