Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline from reputed university, DVM/B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry/ B.Sc. in Agriculture is preferred

∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a comprehensive business plan to accelerate contract broiler farming business, set targets, and drive the team for achieving expected sales to hit the top-line growth of the assigned branches.
∎ Train, lead and monitor the sales team to convey extensive and visible ideas about all aspects of products and offerings to the targeted and potential farmers to bring new businesses
∎ Provide adequate training, guidelines, and emergency assistance to the farmers to manage flock health, brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition factors, vaccination, medication, bio-security, ventilation, and other environmental aspects of farms to perform optimally and remain disease-free
∎ Build and promote long term relationships with farmers to retain business and be aware of competition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 - 6 years in contract broiler farming; Experience in Poultry Feed Sales, Customer
∎ Service, Breeder Farm, Broiler Farm & Hatchery will also be preferred
∎ Have direct exposure in dealing with farmers
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure and to travel extensively to different parts of B
∎ angladesh
∎ Have own motorcycle and a valid driving license
Salary:
∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
