Job Context:
∎ To procure new business under Business Hub of SME Banking Division
∎ Designation: AVP-SAVP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead SME Hub business and ensure effective coordination with the RM to boost up SME client base.
∎ Design, plan and formulate strategies to achieve business goals in SME Banking.
∎ Target the SME accounts through a unique sales methodology that meets the SME target.
∎ Monitor proper utilization of credit facilities in SME accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review of the facilities.
∎ Monitor Non-Performing SME loans of the Bank.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements with Bangladesh Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional training in SME banking and credit risk management.
∎ Having a wide network of SME clients.
∎ Good knowledge of commercial products, client management, compliance requirements, and operations.
∎ Ability to lead and work independently, consult and clarify where necessary and make informed and firm decisions.
∎ Having excellent analytical skills as well as sound computer literacy.
∎ Able to work under pressure and have a positive mindset.
