Educational Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years Medical Assistant or equivalent degree/one-year MLOP course completed with 6 months refraction training from any recognized eye institution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ VARD Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) Ltd. is a sister concern non-profit organization of VARD. It has been implementing Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) program since 1998 through well -established four eye hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamgonj district and Cumilla district. These positions are based at VARD Eye Hospital, Sunamganj and VARD Eye Hospital, Osamaninagar, Sylhet.
∎ Visual Acuity Test.
∎ Measure the refraction.
∎ Determine and prescribe the proper corrective spectacle.
∎ Check power of spectacle glass.
∎ Maintain refraction register and other relevant records.
∎ Perform other related duties assigned by hospital management.
Salary: Negotiable
