Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory).
Diploma or certification in HR or Recruitment is an advantage.
Solid understanding of the recruitment and manpower mobilization process.
Knowledge of job portals, social media recruitment, and sourcing tools.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email communication.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be smart, well-groomed, and presentable.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients or internal departments.
Manage interview logistics (venue setup, virtual links, and scheduling).
Keep candidates informed of recruitment progress and feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases accurately.
Track recruitment activities and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Follow up with potential candidates for future openings.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
Understand job requirements shared by clients or project managers.
Deliver timely updates and maintain professionalism in all communications.
Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment documents.
Support onboarding activities and visa/mobilization processes for selected candidates.
Stay informed on manpower market trends, salary standards, and recruitment practices.
Explore new sourcing platforms and hiring tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping of recruitment data.
Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and promotional activities.
Support HR and business development teams when needed.
