  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory).

  • Diploma or certification in HR or Recruitment is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of the recruitment and manpower mobilization process.

  • Knowledge of job portals, social media recruitment, and sourcing tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email communication.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools.

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Must be smart, well-groomed, and presentable.

  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and company websites.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

2. Coordination & Scheduling

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients or internal departments.

  • Manage interview logistics (venue setup, virtual links, and scheduling).

  • Keep candidates informed of recruitment progress and feedback.

3. Database Management

  • Maintain and update candidate databases accurately.

  • Track recruitment activities and ensure all documentation is up to date.

  • Follow up with potential candidates for future openings.

4. Client & Candidate Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.

  • Understand job requirements shared by clients or project managers.

  • Deliver timely updates and maintain professionalism in all communications.

5. Offer & Onboarding Assistance

  • Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment documents.

  • Support onboarding activities and visa/mobilization processes for selected candidates.

6. Market & Industry Research

  • Stay informed on manpower market trends, salary standards, and recruitment practices.

  • Explore new sourcing platforms and hiring tools.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

  • Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping of recruitment data.

8. Additional Support

  • Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and promotional activities.

  • Support HR and business development teams when needed.
