Job Context:
∎ Fluency in English: if you can`t carry on conversation in English with confidence, this job is not for you.
∎ Office Hour: 8:00 to 17:30 (UK Time, whatever the time matches to Bangladesh. Currently its 14:00 to 23:30 (Including 1 hour break)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building up and managing a cold desk in the outbound market.
∎ working with a number of global companies and clients who are in the business of care homes, hospitals and industrials.
∎ Generating new roles through clients and this will be achieved through sales calls and email campaigns
∎ Clients obtained through referencing candidates, using LinkedIn, Facebook and cold calling contacts through the database
∎ Sourcing candidates to fill a variety of roles like Registered Nurse, Health Care assistants, Support worker, domiciliary worker, chefs, kitchen assistant and cleaning and housekeepers
∎ Sourcing candidates by utilizing job boards or like CV library, Indeed, referrals, and LinkedIn and Facebook
∎ Screening candidates over the phone and meeting and Video conferencing with at least three per week
∎ Filling up various roles and job vacancies by proposing our own candidates.
∎ Generating new roles through clients by phone calls and email campaigns
∎ Creating profile for full qualified candidates attached to their CV, highlighting their qualifications/achievements/employers/salary etc. whilst enhancing their CV if needed
∎ Create targeted adverts which would be posted on LinkedIn and various job boards

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
