∎ remember the office hour is in line with UK. Currently its from 13:00 to 22:00 and from October 2021, it will be 14:00 to 23:30 in BD time
∎ Every Saturday is the weekend. you can earn Sunday off by meeting weekly minimum threshold

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building up and managing a cold desk in the outbound market (United Kingdom)
∎ Working with a number of global companies and clients who are in the business of care homes, hospitals and industrials.
∎ Generating new roles through clients which is achievable through sales calls and email campaigns
∎ Sourcing candidates to fill a variety of roles like Registered Nurse, Health Care assistants, Support worker, domiciliary worker, chefs, kitchen assistant and cleaning and housekeepers
∎ Sourcing candidates by utilizing job boards or like CV library, Indeed, referrals, and LinkedIn and Facebook
∎ Screening candidates over the phone, meeting and Video conferencing
∎ Filling up various roles and job vacancies by prosing our own candidates.
∎ Creating profile for full qualified candidates attached to their CV, highlighting their qualifications/achievements/employers/salary etc. whilst enhancing their CV if needed
∎ Create targeted adverts which would be posted on LinkedIn, Facebook and other job boards.
∎ Excellent salesmanship, negotiation, and business development skills (
∎ Fantastic understanding and ability to browse and search information online
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of experience in tele marketing, direct sales through online
∎ Working at international call centers will be added advantage
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Although the salary is in line with Bangladesh however commission will follow UK standard. This means up to 120k+ per month earning potential towards the end of probation period (Depends on your productivity)

∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
