Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our training institute. This role is key in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk environment for students, staff, and visitors. The Receptionist will manage reception area activities, handle enquiries, and assist with various administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesAssist with data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM or other relevant systems
  • Process documentation such as applications, forms, and payments
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring essentials are always available
  • Support general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Liaise with internal departments and the UK office to ensure smooth communication and service
