Platinum Hospital Ltd (PHL) is a modern private specialized hospital situated at Panthapath, Dhaka is looking for some smart, proactive and talented Receptionist for its own Front Desk Department. Competent candidates are being requested to forward their latest CV to the following address.

Responsibilities:

• Greets patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and courteous manner as they arrive at the help desk or reception area.

• Directs patients and visitors to appropriate departments, clinics, or services within the hospital and provides clear instructions or assistance as needed.

• Answer all the queries regarding bill and services available. Smartly handle the patients and visitors in professional way.

• Supporting and implementing different strategic initiatives to run smoothly reception department without any complexity

• Have a clear idea regarding the charges of the hospital services and prepare bills diligently

• Proficiency in cash handling, including shift wise collection deposit to the account department and ensure record-keeping·

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.

• Compiling and distributing dues and payment statements and Day to day follow-up.

• Responsible to provide welcoming atmosphere to valued clients with warm assistance, efficiently, courteously and professionally

• Maintain good liaison with all the departments of hospital

• Ensure hand over and receive of information to smoothly running of the departmental works

• Administering day to day office management, file maintenance, and implementation of instructions of the authority. ·

• Any other task assigned by the authority.
