Excellent managerial and organizational skills to manage a tertiary level hospital.
Knowledge of labour law, medical terminology and healthcare industry.
Capacity to lead and manage technical as well as non-technical staff.
Proven expertise to deal with critical situations and problems.
Effective Communication and Coordination skills.
Strong expertise in training & development, particularly within hospital or healthcare environments.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and implement administrative and strategic policies to provide quality services.
Process recruitment and selection activities according to requirement of the company.
Execute Orientation, Training and Development programs.
Prepare official letters, appointment letter, agreement, contract extension letter, discontinuation/termination/dismissal letter, experience certificate, salary certificate, note, notice etc.
Documentation for all circulars, office memo, job advertisements, job descriptions and all administrative documents.
Handling disciplinary matters, grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & staff engagement to their duties.
Handling Leave Management, improves employee migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employees` peace of mind.
Oversee all of the activity of Doctors, Nurses, Front Desk Staff, Billing Staff, Pharmacist and other staff of the hospital.
Visit person to person of admitted patients and get their opinion and feedback to take proper measure.
Continue cooperation with OPD consultants and visiting consultants for harmonize the relationship between authority and the consultants.
Ensure satisfaction of the admitted and OPD patients by rendering services.
Monitoring of sales personnel activities and set up monthly sales targets for the salesperson.
Emphasis on meeting the monthly sales target by the marketing personnel.
Overlook the operational activities of the hospital and to render appropriate steps.
Ensure the smooth running of the company particularly administrative, marketing, legal, and service-related issues.
Prepare the monthly, yearly operational, and other costs involving the budget of the company.
Ensure properly execution of logistic activity and procurement tasks of the company.
Perform tasks are assigned by the management from time to time.
