Job Responsibilities
- Prepare draft and final bill of the patient as and when required
- Answer all queries regarding generated bill of the patient clearly to the client
- Proficiency in cash handling, including shift wise collection deposit to the account department and ensure record-keeping·
- Supporting and implementing different strategic initiatives to run smoothly billing section without
- any complexity
- Have a clear idea regarding the charges of the hospital services and prepare bills diligently
- Keep billing section desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
- Compiling and distributing dues and payment statements and Day to day follow-up.
- Responsible to provide welcoming atmosphere to valued clients with warm assistance, efficiently, courteously and professionally
- Maintain good liaison with all the department of hospital
- Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and actual expenditures.
- Coordinating all audit activity.
- Maintain Proper VAT & TAX Operation, Maintenance & Submission
- Operating all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Administering day to day office management, file maintenance, and implementation of instructions of the authority. ·
- Supporting the Manager, Accounts Dept. in engaging the board's audit and finance committees around issues and trends in financial operating models and delivery.
- Any other task assigned by the authority.
