Responsibilities & Context:
  • To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

  • To ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.

  • To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.

  • To receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

  • To maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.

  • To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.

  • To execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.

  • Provide administrative support as and when required.

  • Be noted: Computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications meaning office word ans excel necessary.

  • Good typing knowledge in both English & Bengali (Bijoy Bangla).

  • Can work in data Entry, Data conversion, Image to text conversion, Photoshop etc.

  • Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Word, MS Excel, Photoshop, Power point, & MS Access.
