  • Valid medical license to practice as a Pathologist in Bangladesh.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing pathology in a clinical setting, with expertise in anatomical and clinical pathology.
  • Proficiency in histological and cytological techniques, including specimen processing, staining, and interpretation.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to analyze complex medical data to reach accurate conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS), digital pathology platforms, and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.




Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathologist to join our medical team in Bangladesh. As a Pathologist, you will be responsible for examining tissue samples, diagnosing diseases, and providing crucial insights into patient care.

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform histological, cytological, and molecular examinations of tissue samples obtained from patients.

  • Interpret test results, identify abnormalities, and diagnose diseases or conditions based on microscopic analysis.

  • Provide accurate and timely reports of diagnostic findings to referring physicians and healthcare providers.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, oncologists, and radiologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Consult with clinical colleagues to discuss patient cases, recommend further diagnostic tests or procedures, and guide treatment decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality control measures, and laboratory safety protocols.

  • Provide guidance and supervision to laboratory staff, including medical technologists, technicians, and assistants.
